• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and optimization
• Linux system administration skills
• Understanding of security best practices and monitoring

Ensure software quality through automated and manual testing, build test frameworks, and integrate QA processes into development pipelines.

• 2+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated)
• Proficiency with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• Experience writing and maintaining end-to-end test suites
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, or Gatling)
• Familiarity with CI/CD integration for test automation

Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests to ensure our clients' software meets modern safety standards.

• 2+ years of experience in application security or penetration testing
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and common vulnerability patterns
• Experience with security scanning tools (Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nmap)
• Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements
• Security certifications (CEH, OSCP, or similar) are a plus

Deploy and fine-tune Large Language Models on-premise and in private cloud, build RAG pipelines, and integrate AI into client workflows.

• 2+ years of experience with LLMs, NLP, or machine learning
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Experience deploying models on local hardware or private cloud
• Understanding of GDPR, EU AI Act, and data sovereignty principles

Help clients identify high-impact AI opportunities, design integration roadmaps, and guide step-by-step adoption of sovereign AI solutions.

• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting or solutions architecture
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, and document intelligence use cases
• Ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions
• Experience with project scoping, ROI analysis, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills in English; Slovak or German is a plus
